

Preserved Yuzu Purée
Lacto-fermented Yuzu Citrus from Rancho Del Sol. We let the Yuzu ferment for 8 weeks and then blend the rind, pulp, and liquid for a delicious fermented addition to your meal. Usually you'd find this with Meyers but we did this same process with Yuzu and it's incredible -- (Think yuzu kosho -- you can add some of our hot sauce for a similarly flavored experience). Use as a vibrant, probiotic salt and/or goes with rice, gives nuance to a delicate fish, add to roasted vegetables, or use as part of a dressing - A little goes a long way friends. :)
There is very little of this and once it's gone...it's gone until next year.
