Our rhubarb comes from one farmer at the farmer's market. The rhubarb seeds were passed down from their cousin who used to be the only rhubarb at the market until they sold their farm, retired, and passed along this varietal like a family heirloom. It's a thin, fragrant version, not the forced rhubarb we see around spring time.
